It’s rewarding to see all youth (12-18) learn the Mudd Method then hear their coach say that in a recent scrimmage they blocked better than they had in years. “We kicked a..”. You see, my motto is…

“Do a few things but do them extraordinarily well” really works at all levels. To be a successful blocker both in pass pro and run you don’t have to have a lot of variety in plays or techniques. “Less is more” meaning less plays and less techniques. I learned a long time ago that it’s not plays that make teams successful but execution. I
This works for football played on all days of the week and at all levels from NFL to “junior league”.
Coach Charlie Kinnune of Mt. Si High School: ”

Coach Mudd has changed the way we do things at Mount Si HS. It has been a privilege to have him coach our coaches and students. We love him and have much gratitude for his guidance and friendship.”
